Dark Matter Coffee is taking some of their closest friends to Tokyo and presenting some of their rarest coffees, including odd fermentation while bringing their exceptional partners along to bring a taste of Chicago culture to Shibuya. 

Dark Matter will be featuring coffees from our yeast bar. Including 4 different yeast fermentation's of the same coffee. There will also be preview of our slow dried black honey process Gesha before we showcase these coffees to our friends at Craftheads Shibuya. 

Stay on your toes. Our friends at Dark Matter always bring some great treats. Rarity comes when you least expect it. This will be an opportunity to learn about fermentation of coffee in addition to some coffee 101.
