This engaging and educational tasting is a lesson on how Master Sommeliers deductively blind taste wines based on color, aroma, and flavor. Beteta and Fredrickson, two of only 236 Master Sommeliers in the world, will lead you through the Court of Master Sommelier’s blind tasting grid. Novices and experts alike are welcome to participate, and even the beginning wine drinker will learn how to discern the differences between Old World and New World, high acid versus low acid, oaked versus unoaked wine, and more. The interactive class will include plenty of wine to taste, as well as light bites from Publican Quality Meats. Tasting will be peppered with fun wine facts and anecdotes about the wineries.
